Place your wheat bag in the microwave on high for up to 2 minutes.

Avoid heating for more than 2½ minutes, as this can make it too hot for the skin.

When you first remove it, the warmth may be concentrated in the centre—give it a gentle shake to spread the heat evenly.

Apply to the desired area and allow the soothing warmth to melt away tension. The heat will last for 30–45 minutes, depending on the room temperature.

For Cold Therapy

Place your wheat bag in a freezer-safe container and pop it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

It won’t freeze solid (because it contains no water), making it soft and flexible against the skin.
