Returns
OVERVIEW
This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from The Wellness Collective. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
RETURN PERIOD
You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team within the 14-day period via the contact us form or via email

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

We will, following review and acceptance of your offer, provide you with return instructions.

Ship the item back to us via the method we require at your own expense.

6. REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item in good resaleable condition and accepting the returned product.

7. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

8. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
For damaged or faulty goods, please contact us immediately.

9. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted within the 14-day period, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria in Section 3.

10. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
This Returns Policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
