For Heat Therapy

• Place your wheat bag in the microwave on high for up to 2 minutes.

• Avoid heating for more than 2½ minutes, as this can make it too hot for the skin.

• When you first remove it, the warmth may be concentrated in the centre—give it a gentle shake to spread the heat evenly.

• Apply to the desired area and allow the soothing warmth to melt away tension. The heat will last for 30–45 minutes, depending on the room temperature.

For Cold Therapy

• Place your wheat bag in a freezer-safe container and pop it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

• It won’t freeze solid (because it contains no water), making it soft and flexible against the skin.

• Apply to sprains, strains, or areas of swelling to help reduce inflammation and pain.

• Keep one stored in the freezer so it’s always ready when you need it.
