Ingredients Plant Protein Blend Organic Yellow Pea Protein, Organic Brown Rice Protein (89%), Natural Vanilla Flavour, MCT Oil Powder (Coconut), Organic Maca Powder, Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Psyllium Husk, Sweeteners (Steviol Glycosides, Thaumatin), Himalayan Rock Salt. Shake 30 grams in a jar or shaker with 250ml of water, milk or nut milk. Alternatively, you can mix 30 grams into your oats, natural yoghurt or smoothie. For optimal results, consume twice a day.
