Ingredients:

Pasture-Fed Whey Protein Concentrate, Organic Coconut Flour, Skim Milk Powder, Natural Banana Flavour, Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Psyllium Husk, Organic Maca Powder, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Himalayan Rock Salt. Allergen May Contain Tree Nuts, Egg, Sesame Seeds. Contains Soybean, Milk

Usage instructions:

Shake 30 grams in a jar or shaker with 250ml of water, milk or nut milk. Alternatively, you can mix 30 grams into your oats, natural yoghurt or smoothie. For optimal results, consume twice a day.
